  Big W it self is awsome, however there is a particular bad thing such as customer service. They need to be more mind full and helpful to consumers. Now not all there staff is like that only a small amount of the employees are like that.Other than that there fine.

  Staff here should be replaced. Party area staff especially..they ignored me while i was holding myself up with a trolley in agony with tears in my eyes 7 months pregnant and obvious. They looked straight at me right next to them at the side of the counter but cared more about the few people who were in line. I was shocked. I could never ignore a pregnant lady like that. Lucky enough my partner was not far when i called him to come help. Screw you Big W workers.

  The worst customer service ever. Whilst in busy traffic due to peak hour I had rang for something specific "open bobby pins" (hair department) in order to save me from going in to Big w if there werent any then having to go back into busy traffic. Called the first time, they answered, I asked specially if they have open bobbypins and said they knew exactly what I was talking about and will go and check for me .. they put me on hold for 10mins then to have someone pick up the phone from the party section ... party section!! I said no I didnt ask for the party section so they then sent my call back to the same persln .. then to have my call hung up on 5 mins later. Called 2 more timeas after, both waiting for 5mins then to be answered then hung up on, with it being urgent I drove into big w, decided to call infront of the store and no one answers the phone. Whilst staring at them calling their store I watch them ignore the call. What a bloody disgrace. I go into the hair department and nothing in their beauty section is stocked again. Absolutely nothing. What a waste of time. Good job staff, I know exactly who you guys are. Would not recommend at all. I wish I could rate your store with no stars but I have to pick. Disgrace.

  I showed BigW website links of an item to two seperate employees who both pointed me in the wrong direction. What upset me was one clearly ignored my calls as I walked after her for 20metres before she would actually stop. She then abruptly said "It should be in that isle" and proceeded to keep walking.

  The worst store. rubbish staff. I went to buy baby formula. one staff asked if i had bought it in the morning, and I said no. then she said she needed to confirm with the front and asked for my Id. After that they allow me to buy it. i understand all of this .
